A DAY WILL ARRIVE WHEN WE THE PEOPLE NO LONGER TOLERATE OUR LOCAL COUNCILS AND THEIR AGENTS! THIS COUNCIL DELIBERATELY PLACES ITS CITIZENS IN DEBT AND PASSES IT OF TO DEBT COLLECTORS. EVEN IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS RESOLVED! A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS NEEDED, EXPOSE THEIR PRACTISES TO THE WORLD! THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING TO SO MANY PEOPLE! CLASS ACTION…….” a separation of state and economics, in the same way and for the same reasons as the separation of state and church.” The government’s sole function is to protect the individual’s right to think, to produce, to trade and to pursue his own life and happiness”- Ayn Rand

Well, due to the terrible parking and me not knowing the area, I couldn't give it more than a 1 star. I was going for a job interview, if I get it, I'll change the review rating lol.

Easy to miss as it doesn't feel like a separate "city hall" type building. Very limited on street parking in the area with a 2 hour limit, and a multistorey NCP (with a less than 1.8m clearance) around the corner. Inside, the building is well maintained and the meeting facilities are decent.

Did my first aid training here, loved the building. Staff were nice too. A few of the rooms are cold though. (take a jumper if your sitting)

A clever and inexpensive repurposing of a building (compared to plans to buy the old Leicester Mercury HQ!!)an art deco building. One fault why weren't more council services relocated in the shops below?

Following the removal of the Old City Headquarters in a dreadful 70s Concrete Monstrosity!! Our Brilliant Mayor Sir Peter Soulsby decided to move all the City Workers back into their Original Buildings, like the Town Hall, along with some Buildings that had been Empty for 4 decades, but His Crowning Glory was to reinstate the Old Art Deco purpose City Hall and what a job he did, restoring all the old Art Deco Features, all I can say is this is one place to Visit in Leicester!!
