The worst place you can go to in all of Britain is a place full of people who work for their own interests and do not help anyone, even in dealing with them. They are disrespectful and treat people unfairly, especially if you do not speak English well.I will provide you with some pictures that forced me to take from Cancel Lister of this house. Also, this house is a private house belonging to the Home Come Company, not Cancel's house.

Insult, disrespect and racism from security lady From entrance. She spoke in authoritarian tone to me like to the underdog as soon she recognised my accent. Throw her "Stay there and wait" with the tone of dictator. After short discussion about her tone of voice and way how she speak to visitors, I asked to speak with her manager. If he was informed about incident he ignored it and did not come in 15 minutes time duration when I was in council building. I ask about her name and officer number because I would like to make official complain via email and she refused to give it. Its your duty to be eligible. Very bad experience with you. Customer service and policies training are needed in this place. You are at risk to fall into toxic environment with this behaviour of staff toward visitors.

They should get the staff back into the office to work, or take more staff on to answer people's telephone queries. I've been on hold for the 2nd time this week for over 50 minutes, and still waiting to speak to someone.
They soon found 2 more people to assist the Mayor and his many minions perform his role, after 1 person steps down

Very threatened experience with Leicester council if your even unemployed they don’t really help or even pregnant.
abit concerned and confused how Birmingham has not got my case considered I don’t live in Leicester I live in Birmingham also my child lives in Birmingham aswell how is this fair that I’m unemployed pregnant have to go other side of city to another city to attend Leicester magistrate court when I don’t live in Leicester or my child aswell abit lost. How Leicester got away with that one. Tbf when I was on the blink of loosing my home this council failed me and made me have a very ruff experience I wouldn’t consider living in Leicester at all.

Extremely difficult to give the council a five stars; but I must say that in the rarest of occasions that the staff do respond on call, they are pleasant to deal with. The same can’t be said for some of the rude civil enforcement officers (traffic wardens) they employ; some who don’t know the difference between advising somebody and offending somebody.

Completely useless service with an attitude and sarcasm, someone needs to provide staff with customer service training and speach training .
Went because someone’s business rates were sent to our name , rates were for someone else’s property completely.after ringing no reply so went to service centre and the loud representative would not listen and was assuming her own thought , such a rubbish service with an enormous attitude.

Leicester council waste so much money on pointless ideas and bill people who don’t owe anything and then don’t have face to face service and make people pay for there silly pointless project
