First class “old school” customer service from Stephen and his colleagues at Lenleys at Maidstone, Kent. To find such attentive, friendly, helpful, professional customer service is a rare find indeed! Stephen went above and beyond to take the time to help me choose the right mattress and was exceptionally knowledgeable and reassuring about the products and manufacturer. I wanted to buy a Vi-Spring mattress and was recommended Lenleys at Maidstone by one of my customers who had recently bought Vi-Spring. I don’t often buy such expensive brands so it was lovely to have the advice and reassurance of Stephen who allowed me to take my time, discuss the pros and cons of each model, made me a coffee and was a pleasure to be helped by! The mattress was delivered perfectly, on time and was carefully installed and the base protector assembled by the lovely helpful delivery guys. The mattress is absolutely divine!! One of the best “life” purchases I have made (guarantee for 30 years). Thank you so much to Stephen. I cannot praise him enough and thoroughly recommend Lenleys and their excellent communication throughout the purchase and delivery. Just have to find another excuse to visit again! Well done!!

Mark made us feel very welcome the minute we walked in and provided an excellent service. He was very proactive in giving us solutions to accommodate both our budget and our requirements and tried to find the best product and solution for us. Also very knowledgeable on the products.

The shop itself has a great selection of sofas, beds and also some furniture and furnishings.

A fantastic experience today in Lenleys, the experience was so relaxed. Craig was great, not pushy, and offered good advice and service. We ordered a suite but at next weeks special offer price. We were very pleased with the customer service, and I would wholeheartedly recommend. 5 stars.

Went into this home furnishing store looking for a sofa bed. Tony one of the sales team showed us the options they had and took time to explain the various styles, sizes and mattress choices. At no point did we feel rushed or pushed to make a purchase and left the store with the dimensions so we could check that our selection would work. We made a purchase from the store two days later. A very nice buying experience.
I would definitely recommend them.

Customer service is absolutely disgusting. My husband came into store yesterday and was seen to by an oldish gentleman with glasses and my husband advised what we wanted and our budget. He then replied and said oh we don’t sell cheap stuff here it’s all high quality luxury stuff here and said if you want cheap rubbish to go somewhere else baring in mind that he offered a decent amount of money and my husband was basically shooed out of the door like some disgusting rodent. We will definitely not be returning here and taking our business elsewhere. I think someone needs retraining in customer service and needs to learn not to be so toffee nosed.

Hidden gem of a furniture showroom in Maidstone. Large selection of sofas and beds, staff friendly and very helpful (no pushy sales here). Not cheap but highly recommended if you want quality.

very well displayed home furnishings and some well-known quality brands of furniture. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. There is ample parking, so there is no need to worry about where to park.
