Had two pergolas installed and couldn't be happier. Right from sales who were very informative and not pushy, to installation which was fully turn-key and professional. I needed two Rensen pergolas and I spoke to a number of suppliers. I also contacted Rensen directly and upon asking they mentioned Life Outdoors were one of two of their largest installers in the UK. When my other short-listed supplier mentioned Life Outdoors unprompted, I knew I was dealing with a good firm. It was hard to get a fully turn-key solution including groundworks (and no risk of funny extras down!) the road from others but these guys said everything was included. Price was also very competitive. Not seen them cut a single corner! Really delighted with the customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Don’t buy from these guys if you expect any service. I bought a 11k£ grill from them and am utterly disappointed w their service, or more precisely lack of any service. After down payment, I didn’t hear anything from them for weeks, even after couple of follow up emails from me. The delivery was horrendous. A big pallet was dumped in my yard and that’s end of the process. I had to hire outside workers to help me get it off the pallet and move onto the patio. Then, I’ve to learn to assemble the piece together. There had been no service offer or follow up email from these guys whatsoever. I can’t believe a seller of equipment over 10k£ behaves like this.

Ordered BBQ and fridge worth £5,700 in April 2021. I was informed it would be delivered on May 31st. Chased up in June when no show and was told it had arrived and would be with me by July 6th. Numerous phone calls and emails (went unanswered) and was finally told they hadn't got the goods at all. Asked for a refund on the 15/07/2021 and still awaiting (now August 4th 2021). They acknowledged that they received my email but didn't bother processing the request for 20 days until I chased. I am still awaiting on a promise that they will refund me. Awful customer service. Mistakes happen but lies are deliberate. Will stay away from these.

Thanks Will & Cara, just recieved my semi-synthetic thatch tiles and i'm very pleased.
Thanks Will for telling me about the roof angle as this could of cost you a sale, but because you told me, i adjusted my design to buy from "Life Outdoors".
