The staff serving the drivers is not very nice. Especially the pale man. He tries to show that he is the authority, that he is higher than you. I think that this man has psychological problems (here is my opinion).

It's ok once you get to know the office staff but if they don't know you there ignorant and not nice to speak to but the bay lads are good quick tip once they start you
