Nick has undertaken a side extension , new kitchen , a garden studio and landscaping to my rear and front garden. The installation of a new shower room and utility room. I cannot stress enough the quality of his workmanship , and his ideas and eye for detail , he overcome many obstacles that arise with victorian buildings. Including problems with subsidence , and drainage , All work was carried out safely and programmed accordingly , his members of staff were very respectful to me and the neighbours , his depth of knowledge and problem solving is 100 percent , and I would highly recommend Nick and the team , I am currently using him again , for other projects.

It was great working with Nick from Lingstead on our kitchen knock-through and stairs rebuild. The work has absolutely transformed our main living space! He had inspiring ideas from the outset, and his attention to detail and finish resulted in a very satisfying standard of work, while challenges along the way were met with honesty, practicality and a reassuring sense of calm and confidence. Nick foresaw a practical flaw in our original architectural design, on his advice we changed direction last minute which was without doubt the right decision. All the workman that he contracted were hard working, polite and respectful and were a pleasure to have working in our home. Nick was also very conscientious to keep mess and dust to a minimum, and managed clean up as and when necessary (within reason, it was a builders site afterall, and they were knocking down a very dusty old wall)! Finishing snag work was met with efficiency and understanding and our own attention to detail was met. Thank you Nick and your team for all your hard work and commitment to the project. It’s transformed our home!

They completed a variety of tasks to a high standard within the agreed time-frame, including the replacement of 4 weather-damaged fence panels.
