It was our first interaction with this company and at first we were very impressed with samples of their work. Sam is certainly a top seller and that was the reason we got carried away and did not bother to ask him to put all in writing on the invoice. We were over the moon that he agreed to make the order within the time we needed it. However, when it came to deliver on his promises we understood that we were mis-sold. The job was done to a good quality but not the specifications we agreed with him face2face. Please, when you deal with this guy be careful, ask all in writing. He will charm you with samples of his previous jobs etc but this will distract you from paying attention to all the important details, which in our case he chose to omit from the invoice. When we challenged him, he was not admitting it and instead put the blame on us. It was two of us and it is not possible that both of us understood it all wrong. He was selling it to us like he will do it on a bargain price but that was certainly not the case as well. On top of this, he chose not to put all the details of the job on the invoice which would have made it safe from both sides and we would have challenged him on the spot should the details be different from what was discussed. Unfortunately, his charms took the best of us and we were so confident he will deliver on his promises that we did not bother to insist on him putting in writing all that was discussed and agreed. When we started challenging him, that is when he started using swear words in our direction, like: crazy, silly,brain damage etc. We raised it with him and ask him to refrain from using such words in our direction as it is not profesional as we have not called him any names or used any swear words directed to him. In the end he was maintaining that we are wrong and that he is right. Apart from raising it with him we could not prove anything since the invoice was only showing the overall job and not a breakdown. SO PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN TAKING A QUOTATION FROM HIM, ASK ALL THE DETAILS IN WRITTING WITH FULL SPECIFICATION OTHERWISE YOU MIGHT BE IN FOR A SURPRISE.

PS: It is such a shame that he did that, I was so confident I found someone that I can use for my future projects and someone that I can work with long term. This experience left me a little shaken and frustrated.
