Want to thank the young man on electrical's department. He was so welcoming and so polite toward me and my mum. As we brought a new condensed dryer and he was so kind and he delivered it in to my kitchen and tool my old one away so pleased with the delivery. Thankyou again. Don’t go here expecting a big glitzy store with fancy fittings and bright lights. Do go here if you want to hunt the odd bargain, grab pet feed in bulk, grab local cakes and generally peruse like the days of old. Kinda like the old fashion grocers and hardware shop you used to find on the corner in most villages and towns.......but bigger.......way bigger. The sort of place where what you see is what you get. I gave this five stars because it is not pretentious and what you see is what you get.

Just visited Lords in Mablethorpe for the first time, purchased a new TV, l was served by Andy, Great service, lt is difficult these days to find such excellent customer service , ultimately that will be the reason l will shop again at Lords.
