Very helpful and knowledgeable. I placed a large order for canning equipment and consumables, with a part of it placed in error. Rosie spotted straight away that I didn't need some of those items, agreed on what I actually need, sent me what I need and squared it up later with a refund. Everything arrived quickly, very well packed and with a very reputable courrier.
Considering the support with parts, knowledge, honoring warranties etc, it is well worth buying from this supplier.

I love these jars, I have been buying from Rosie and her team for a couple of years now. The 250ml bottles are brilliant, I use them for cordials/syrups. These Pallina jars are good for me, at 210ml they are the perfect size for gifts and it means I have more jars of the same products so my family and friends gets lots of different preserves instead of only 2 or 3 large jars of preserves.

An easy, no hassle order, from a great range at good prices. I now have some new jars festive lids for my festive jam, 'fingers crossed'. When I took delivery of the jars, picking up the box the contents rattled ominously. Then I saw the label on the box advising not to worry as loose lids cn sound like broken glass. On opening the box I saw all was well. The jars and lids were well packaged and quite safe.

Great BOGOF offer and arrived SO quickly! Lovely marmalade labels and jar lids too. The choice of marmalade and orange spotty lids is particularly good - differentiates my Mum's Four Fruit Recipe, which includes grapefruit and plain Seville Orange which doesn't!
I think your calendar included free is also inspirational! Hope it encourages newer cooks to the joy of making preserves!

I tried LoveJars after finding the website referenced in a Pam the Jam book. I am very happy with the jars and button lids, which are of a high quality but also good value. My order was dispatched quickly and professionally packaged. I will be using LoveJars again.
