The place is an utter joke !! Arrive 11.50 leave 1530, 3 hours and 40 minute to which the managers response is simply yes this is normal, they damaged my truck by taking no consideration while painting pallets in the unloading area, and when challenged this was allegedly my fault after following the directions given for parking by the forklift driver. The staff are rude and aggressive if you dare to speak up for yourself.

Spoke over the phone with a man who not only wasted my time but was also extremely aggressive and rude as I needed an appointment rescheduled he aggressively said he cannot do anything and ended the call on me. As a company LPR really need do better hiring these people as they can’t do a simple job properly.

Disorganised completely. Trucks coming in and out of one entrance/exit with cars it’s all disorganised and needs sophisticated management. Rude staff who don’t know how to talk to people being it first time coming to the disorganised place. Talk to you like you’ve been there for 30 years and must know where to park. No clear signage or toilet facilities for visitors waiting. I would suggest an Audit at this establishment immediately.

PLACE IS DISORGANISED, LONG QUEUES ALWAYS WAITING FOR FORKLIFT DRIVERS TO OFFLOAD YOU. SOMETIMES YOU ARRIVE, THEY SEE YOU WAITING TO BE OFFLOADED BUT THEY STILL KEEP ON MOVING PALLETS FROM ONE POINT TO ANOTHER.. WHY NOT OFFLOAD THE LORRY AND THEN RE JUMP BACK AGAIN TO MOVE THOSE PALLETS. THAT WAY THERE WOULD NOT BE QUEUES AND EVERYONE WOULD BE HAPPY❗❗❗

They ask us to stay in the cabin, but there is no one to control and guide us, as there are two accesses.

Don’t even bother contacting these people that “work” here they don’t do anything to help and will waste your time so unprofessional with their attitude and broken English, so disappointing.

Buyer beware!!! These pallets are not actually heat treated. The company is under investigation and will soon have their ispm stamp revoked !
