Luminate light trail at lymm Beautiful enjoyable for all ages made me get in the christmas spirit would go again next year definitely recommend food and drink was reasonably priced to I've been to around 10 light trails and by far luminate Lymm was by far the best

Arley Hall 23/12/24 - They cancelled my original evening due to poor weather understandably, we re-arranged to the following evening, a lot of people must of booked to the following evening like myself, the way the site was laid out meant the entrance and exit of the trail are at the same point, next to a bunch of stalls and a fair which was so muddy and busy people were falling over, it was a crowded bottleneck which would make people who are cautious about crowds uneasy, this was compounded by all the people re-booking.
It wasn’t very festive and just felt soulless and the lights weren’t really that impressive, I was genuinely looking forward to it but after the first few lights it gets old quickly especially with the busy trail, the staff treated myself and my partner horribly to the point where we were going to ring the police, they made a bad situation magnitudes worse due to sheer lack of first aid training and co-operation with us, I wrote a complaint to their complaint email contact and they haven’t replied so it just reflects that the company doesn’t care. If you can book a ticket through a third party company do it, as at least the third party will answer you on luminates behalf.

Was forced to use this company by Merrydale Manor for Sparkles machine and Low Fog (dancing on clouds) machine.
Unfortunately they ruined the moment the Mrs was looking forward to the whole wedding. Our slow dance which was meant to be dancing on the clouds turned from joy to me trying to calm the Mrs down during the slow dance as their machine failed or their "engineer" (which you have to pay around £225 to be there) was incompetent. We had no smoke for the dance.
The Sparkles Machine worked but they were not equal. One went off sooner than the other and the other was higher than the other (a wonky entrance). They sent me a screenshot email of their sparkles machine which was nothing like how we had it on the day.
Originally quoted £1,794 for the above (extortionate compared to all other companies I have enquired with) and after around 30 emails and 5 phone calls and getting the venue owner involved in this, my final quote was £804 (still expensive compared to others).
Unfortunately we can't have another go at this, the photos and the videos are more of comedy rather than a romantic scene. Sent the company an email the day after the wedding and I have received no reply 9 months later.
