Our Lumineaux LED porch light developed a fault between Xmas and New Year. I looked on the website for troubleshooting help and used the on line help bot to describe what was wrong. Josh came back really promptly and offered a replacement product which I should receive this week. I am blown away by this level
of customer service in times where issues disappear into the ether. Brilliant response and prepared to back the quality of their products. Would recommend to anyone willing to listen. Thank you.

Delivered items far too early for my partner and cost the Company a significant amount of money in storage. They drop ship their items and just apologise when things go wrong, rather than resolving fairly. Will update review if it gets resolved. We have contacted Mr Chapman, the Sales director.

Having reached the end of my tether with cheap Chinese security lights failing after very little time, I decided to try to seek out a firm that could provide a high quality product that would last. I have always believed that you get what you pay for in this world. Lumineax not only provided an excellent product but their after sales service and back up has proved to be every bit as fantastic as their products. It is such a pleasant change to be able to deal with a company that actually takes pride in their product and goes out of their way to look after their customers, even after their extensive warranty has expired. They are setting the good old standards of old, before the days of built in obsolescence and we became a ‘throw away’ disposable society.

Called them directly and could not have been more helpful. I had a technical issue and I was sick of having to deal with my dubiously titled housing provider for assistance with anything, so I contacted them and they dealt with it in a way that was above and beyond what I expected.
