Fantastic experience with Lyons Bowe who effectively processed our house purchase. Being first time buyers we had lots of questions and queries but always received a quick response from our Lyons Bowe representatives who helped put us at ease. The app was also a really useful tool, so we could clearly understand where we were in the overall process. We have heard of other instances from friends where they have had to continually chase their solicitors to hear back from them but fortunately we never had to do that once! Special shout out to Charlene Jones and Jada Panico who were especially helpful.

We were recommended Lyons Bowe by our Estate Agents and we were disappointed with both. There were too many people involved in the process to fully understand what was going on and to feel like there was any kind of working relationship (which you'd expect in a service industry). A key document was not chased and 1 year after completion we are having to fund a new central heating system which could have been avoided if this had properly been followed up. There was little empathy or understanding of how stressful it is buying/selling/relocating. We would not recommend them.
