Absolutely terrible. Took months to install 2 doors having started in September. Left our property insecure with single pane glazing tacked on the front door because they didn't have the correct double glazing. Took off the old door with the alarm sensor in it so the alarm went off the first night and we had to then turn the alarm off and I had to obtain and fix a new sensor the next day, otherwise our home insurance was invalid.

The doors don't close properly and there are horrendous drafts coming underneath. The doors were not the spec in the drawings, so the ironmongery doesn't fit properly and they bodged the door knocker on. The doors were left unprimed and ill fitting so that rain water started to pour into the house whilst we waited weeks for them to return. They made the wrong spec of window then made up a story about it being for his neighbour and they had accidentally brought it to site. They said ours would be delivered in a few days, but it finally arriving over a month later. Presumably because they had to make the correct one?

The back door was "primed" without making good all the damage they caused after repeated attempts to fit it. See the photos for all of the filling and making good I had to do before priming it properly.

I have met some cowboys over the years, but these guys take the biscuit. They don't deserve 1 star.

Very keen at first.
Then the lack of contact started.
When he eventually showed up with our door, it was totally the wrong door, eventually fitted incorrectly, the under coat paint job was of a poor standard and parts were faulty.
He did attempt after weeks, possibly months of chasing to fix the faulty parts, in the mean time our front door was left unsecured! You could just push it open. After re fixing, we had problems with the lock again.
After paying someone else to fix the job and pay for another new part, it is now all fixed.

Lytchett Minster Joinery was recommended to us as being able to replace a window in a Grade II listed house. Steve was very helpful in explaining the options to us for our new bespoke window and the fitting went very smoothly with minimal dust and disruption. Highly recommended
