Excellent work. Same day response to a blocked toilet. Unfortunately needed more work done, everything carried out to a high standard. Made sure we fully understood issues so we could make an informed decision about further work. All staff friendly and wouldn’t know they’d been when work was completed.

Avoid!
Made an appointment for blocked drain. Waited in all afternoon, attempted to contact for update with no reply. Eventually answered the phone in the evening and informed would not be able to attend as promised.
