Fantastic service station. We were limping along the A69 with car in and out of limp mode and amber warning lights on dash. Saw the Shell fuel station and stopped to fill up and ask advise, not realising it was a service station as well. Their mechanics ran a diagnostic, ordered the part (which was delivered quickly), fitted it and had us on our way in no time, all at a very reasonable price. Can't thank them enough.

Visited a few weeks ago brilliant place garage open 24 7 staff fantastic great help make you feel welcome. Just side of the A69 not far from Brampton. Coffee is good food good also. Not a lot of room so park sensibly. Covid aware and mask to be worn rules and regulations apply. This is a gem of place for food and great service. A very enjoyable experience will always go back for more luvly wee shop full of goodies

Stopped off for fuel after visiting Hadrian's Wall. There is a Spar shop and it has customer loo's. We bought items for lunch and parked in the customer car park beside with a lovely view over the surrounding countryside. Staff were friendly and facilities clean and in good condition

It's a filling station so not to much to say, staff seem friendly and helpful. Nice views of a busy road,granted surrounded by fantastic countryside views ?.
Nice little stop for a quick coffee and a break from driving

When returning from a long trip down south I became woefully aware I, along with many drivers similar to me, had made the grave error of not grabbing fuel at the last motorway service station.

So thank the hills of England that this place exists! It not only saved me and allowed me to get home, being 24 hours, but also had reasonable prices for everything! The staff are good mannered too, considering we got there at midnight.

But overall this place is needed along the a69. The next stop is Hexham where the BP garage is but I never would have made it that far.

This is our most local garage/shop.

Reasonable fuel prices.

Staff are always friendly and capable.

There's a good booze selection here and not bad for the essentials.

Always busy here just rather a tricky area to turn onto the road from the garage or into the garage as its on the main A69 which is very busy day and night towards Newcastle always be wary here as many accidents here but good quick service inside the shop and good selection of items too
