3) Strong, intelligent, environmentally aware packaging. Often using a piece of wood to prevent bending.
4) If quantities required on an item are short or any other delay occurs communication is clear and friendly - they keep you updated if you ask.

Ordered a piece of Phoz bronze, charged £3.00 for 24hr delivery - a week later it hadn't arrived so told them to refund. They claimed they had, but the next day the part arrived postmarked 3 days after claimed to have been sent. Thinking the refund would come, I transferred more funds to pay for what had arrived, but guess what - the refund didn't arrive. Great scam this, collect twice for the same item, don't refund. Or just be so lazy as to not post on time, nor process refunds. Avoid, just find another supplier.

Always check order upon receipt of ordering more than one of any item as I have had incorrect parts, short lengths on materials and last two orders have been missing Shame really as prices are generally quite good so I like to use them but may have to reconsider if this keeps happening.

Excellent deliveries. I would rate 5*. However if a problem very bad at answering phone and emails so 1*. I've been trying to get hold of them for a month now and just left another message...

Can't believe I've not left a review yet! I have been using Macc Models for several months for my modelmaking business and can't rate them high enough. Excellent quality metal supplies, great prices, always in stock and always dispatched quickly. I love knowing that I'm dealing with a small business not too far away and love the wide range of modelmaking supplies they have. When there was the chance of a completely understandable delay around Christmas time this was made very clear and they kept their customers informed via the website, which I feel shows a personal service and concern for their customers. I will definitely continue to purchase from them & can't recommend them enough!
