I came to pickup my order. The lady who gave me the product didn't wish me and point her finger to my phone for the code. She didn't even give me face. It was 9 AM. She could have start the day with smile and positive attitude.

How to spoil a childs birthday.
Given a Faulty PlayStation 5, then given another faulty replacement. 1 wasted bank holiday. Store knew there was an issue with their batch of consoles. Told my refund will take between 3-7 days depending on staff, my bank informs me refunds can be done in hours . So potentially have to wait a week to buy a console through no fault of my own. Cynical and shoddy money grabbing behaviour by Argos.

It's simply So convenient to have Argos placed inside a large supermarket. It makes shopping easier and everything from Argos is available. Staff are polite and eager to help. It's a great experience. With the combination, literally everything is available in one place which has a huge parking area.
It's like an event! ☺

I think this has been a good arrangement having the
argos stores located within a branch of the Sainsbury's supermarket and the two suit each other quite well. Argos has always suited online ordering well but picking up from here is a good way of avoiding potential delivery issues eg failed deliveries and deliveries to wrong address. They do Soda Stream which we like

This is a small argos store set within Sainsbury. Staff were helpful. The digital catalogue is frustrating as it said the item we wanted was in store but when we clicked on it we could only order to collect later. Staff were equally frustrated with this incorrect information. The upside is that at least you can see other people reviews to help you make the right selection for you which you don't have with the paper catalogue at home. No problem with parking.

Nice friendly staff. Easy to get to with its click & collect. Remember if you've ordered a biggish item don't forget to take a shopping trolley with you.
