I had a power blackout in my area and I needed a generator to use that very day, I visited several shops but they didn't have any in store, they were only online purchases which would be delivered in 2 to 3 days. On my last stop that day around 4pm I visited Machine Mart and how relieved I was to find lots and different capacities of generators on the shelves which is what I wanted, Max the sales person helped me a lot and I made my purchase, my home is powered up until we are reconnected to the national grid. Keep it up Machine Mart.

No experience of the store however there is nowhere to leave a review for online orders.
Absolutely awful.
Received my order delivered by DX who literally dropped it off the lorry and smashed the crate. I had to take delivery and of course tye product was damaged. Arranged return, DX didn't collect. Called and arranged another collection date with morning collection which was confirmed with DX by the customer service rep. So today arrives, no DX, called customer services really rude and dismissive, not helpful at all which obviously makes me cross. Trust me if you need a product that needs delivery go somewhere else.

One of the best salesman I have ever met, George Gibbons. I was in and within 20 seconds I was out with a generator and the knowledge to use it. If this lad doesn’t go up in the world of Machine Mart quick then I’m sure we can make use of his skills 😉
