Very disappointed. The day before bi-folds due to be delivered, I received a call notifying me that the delivery will now be 24hrs late due to staff sickness. No one due on site that day so reorganised that days work to make sure someone was on site to take delivery, ensuring that the following weeks work schedule continued as per. Doors arrive...... no glass ? back to square one with now a huge impact on the following weeks schedule and trades. Loading error being the excuse, and only able to rectify this mistake two working days later!! The implications that Made for Trade probably look at as small mistake has exponentially amplified by the time it's reached the end user with apparently no urgency to right the wrong.

Installed our first Korniche roof lantern yesterday 3m x 2.8m what a pleasure to fit,
went together a dream no fiddly little screws nuts or caps that drop off in six months, and only silicone under ring beam!
Highly recommend this product.

So I ordered a roof lantern which was sent to site. I didn't get to site for about a week after and once unwrapping all of it noticed all hip bars covered in dust and scratches (bars have been well wrapped) which tells me they've used old bars from storage or something. After contacting supplier they've told they can't do anything about it as its past 7 days! and want me to pay for new hip bars that are damaged. This is a joke! I'm not a new client either so quite shocked at this, I just want a new product as I paid good money for this. I don't usually write reviews but I myself worn people this company are using old stuff and trying to get away with it. Customer lost!

I've just used MFT for a Korniche bi-fold door. I highly recommend and will be using them again for the next project. All communication from placing order to delivery was good. Door is excellent quality and was easy to install, slides great.
Just a little issue with some scratches on the glass, (probably unlucky during transport rather than factory quality issue) but customer service team are on it and are going to arrange replacements asap.

Had a nightmare experience with this company!

Warning - stay away and don’t get fooled by glossy advertising.

Warning - they take payment up front and then you are completely in there hands with regards to turnaround and delivery.

We ordered x2 large Bi fold doors.
During production they made no attempts to try and resolve delays.

When the delivery was finally scheduled, the driver called an hour prior and informed me that he was enroute and should be there within the hour.
When he showed up he didn’t have the decency to call when he was outside the house.
He just left after waiting with no reply at the door and then refused to come back and redeliver.
The driver was rude and unhelpful, he just wanted to get home at 11am.
The transport manager or the customer service team were extremely unhelpful and just said nothing could be done without even trying to resolve.
This has resulted in a lost job for my company, a huge financial loss and left our customer in limbo with a building project that he cannot complete.

I've been purchasing doors from MFT for years, I have recently contacted them about a faulty lock and asked for a replacement, the doors are only 5 months old, not a problem faults develop. However, when I asked for a replacement I was told by customer services that they didn't accept the lock had a fault and I would need to contact sales to purchase a new one. Reluctantly to keep the peace and expedite matters I decided that I would buy a new lock. I sent them a request with job number and reference only to be asked what type of lock is it? Diabolical after sales service!
