Really poor service, I have a VW Touareg with new brake pads and discs, ( MOT ) the inspection done by the cowboys said "worn out" . Well done ( when I try subject with them , they completely ignored me . I also give them an Audi with an engine light and a glow plug, they do absolutely nothing, I've been to them 5 times with the same problem, my car always come back with new faults (parking sensors stop working, rear lock stops working, alarm goes off randomly) ( cost me couple if hundreds) of course it's not their fault. All the lights were on because of the oil temperature sensor fault, he asked me politely in the evening if I wanted a new one from Audi and that they had to know because they had to order it directly from Audi, strangely he told me to come at 8am because they already have the part, from what I know there is no way to get the part so quickly when Audi is after working hours. of course after replacing the sensor, all the lights are still on, but fortunately the sensor is on gear, after 2 weeks the sensor started to show the wrong temperature, of course the cowboys do not write back, I spend loads of time and money for nothing , it used to be a reliable company, now they are scammers,

I booked in my camper van at MTS for an MOT. I took the van in on the day early to leave them with the keys. There was a old woman on the reception desk who confirmed my details, took my keys and asked me if I was waiting where upon I said I was not waiting around for the MOT to be done.
Lunchtime that day had come and gone and I'd not heard anything so I rang MTS where the old woman (Sounded like the old women I spoke to earlier that day) answered where I asked about my MOT and all I got was a very very rude response.
She said `We don't call people about MOTs. We do 50 a day we don't have time to call people`. Which I find unfathomable since I've used MTS before for MOT's and had countless MOTs at other garages and they have ALWAYS called me to let me know what happened. So I told her I expected to know how the MOT went so she put me only hold, came back and asked for me reg number which she got wrong about 4 or 5 times. She then put me on hold again and came back and said it had failed so I asked what it failed on. She then put me on hold yet again and came back with these exact words `It needs a ton of welding` and ended talking. As a garage I was expecting them to tell my what it had failed on and then give me a quote for the repairs but this inept human couldn't handle conversation obviously. I asked her about repairs and all I got back was `Our welder isn't in till Monday you'll have to call back then`.
As you can imagine at this point I was p**sed off that this stupid person couldn't even do the basic requirements to complete the job I was paying them to do. However, Monday came and I did get a text saying the van had been looked at by the welder and would require in excess of £1000 of welding. It was much more than the cost I was expecting or hoping for but inevitably the work needed doing so I called MTS and spoke to someone and asked them to proceed with the work. I was told it may take a few days as the garage was busy.
4 days later I get a call to say all the work had been completed and the van was ready for collection. I went up at lunchtime to collect the van where I paid the balance and was given the keys. When I first got into the van I could see it was very dirty and smelled really strong of welding but I drove the van home. When I got home I did a quick walk around and inspection of the outside of the van and could see on the driver step it had this black paint/tar stuff but it was a really messy job as in the black stuff was covering quite a bit of the paintwork of the actual van.
Today is Saturday and in the light of day I went out to try and clean the van inside of the dirt and inspect it further. All I can say is they have taken so little care of my van with this black paint/tar with splashes of it all over the dashboard, driver seat, door frame and fire extinguisher (The van has a small fire extinguisher mounted behind the driver seat but is covered in black dots of paint). The footwell is an absolute mess and even though I cannot comment of the welding I can say they have made zero effort to protect the inside of the van. After spending a good hour wiping the entire dashboard and inside the driver cockpit down I'm now left with these dried on black dot over everything and its dried now and will not come off.
I'm yet to speak to MTS as there not answering there phone but I'm absolutely disgusted with the way have left my vehicle after spending more than £1000 I'd expect much better. I will NOT ever be using MTS as a garage again! A complete Mickey mouse outfit who can't do a job properly.

Madeley serviced my GTR last week, advised on parts to consider replacing "but no rush as they will last until your next mot" - no pressure and Carl knows GTR's inside out! Thanks

Absolutely shocking service service had my car in to find a fault car was stripped as expected but he told me (Steve) said it would need a new engine but wanted to send the heads away for inspection even tho my bottom half of the engine was no good I asked for the car to be put back together so could be collected it was a absolute mess parts missing and got a bill of £600 pounds never again
Also the company I work for has there vans moted there I've told my boss to take them elsewhere from now on

Update …..
Spoke with Trade and standards and citizens advice it’s been a very long process but I have taken them to court.
The owner mr Kemp is very experienced with these situation, he comes across as professional at first and then becomes rather patronising and rude.
Will update after the court proceedings

Had my Mercedes sprinter MOT at this garage, failed on front brake pads & handbrake, had the work done by a reputable Mercedes Machanic, had a retest at this garage again, failed on handbrake, got Mercedes to check handbrake it was good, took my van to a different mot station and passed, but after speaking with mts maybe the brakes hadn’t bedded in properly ( I would like to add excellent customer services and very friendly
