Recently replaced front windows, porch and porch door. Windows and door look good and fitters were excellent.
Had a problem with a leak and contacted company who advised no fitters were available and would get back to me, no call received but fitter arrived unannounced and applied sealant.
Problem persisted and upon contacting the company told again no fitters available for two weeks and somewhat surprisingly told by a person who introduced himself as the owner that additional charges may be raised. This was immediately dismissed as issue due to fitting.
Two weeks passed and no contact from company, called and once again told no fitters available this time due to holidays and would receive a call. Significant time now passed and still no contact.
Cannot recommend this company as after care is non existent and found dealings with them as dismissive and unprofessional.
Contacting FENSA in order to seek resolution.

We were advised from the offset of the timescales for delivery which helped us make informed decisions about the rest of our renovation, and the fitting was completed within a few hours.

We were thrilled and 100% satisfied with Maghull D.Glazing. Their attention to detail in doing the plans was extensive and i wondered at times if the end product would be as good as all the planning and preparation that went into a 'not so straight forward' house. Robbie and his team smashed our expectations. They turned up on the right day,on time, respectful of the surroundings and neighbour's and did a brilliant job with no fuss, cleaned up after them selves and they are thoroughly nice people to deal with . It was a 100% right choice using Maghull Double Glazing and we would have no hesitation at all in recommending them.

Maghull Double Glazing had been recommended to me. I first spoke to Robbie in summer 2021, to ensure that our windows could be replaced at the same time as the render, lintels and wall ties. Robbie visited and we verbally agreed an installation in early July 22, to coincide with the render etc. Over the next few months I spoke to Norma at Maghull maybe 10-15 times in an attempt to confirm we were definitely booked in, fix a date and receive a final quote. At one point, I was asked to pay £2500 to secure a date, only to discover later that Robbie had forgotten to include two of the replacement windows. Robbie promised to send me a final quote in April 22, nothing. Very badly let down. Very unprofessional.

How many replacement front door panels we on maghull windows ?

Pvc splitting and bubbling 4 or 5 + the drafts n losing heat, windows slipping out of place - nightmare with Maghull windows never ending - just interested money not service, as many have found out - unfortunately too late.

Incompetent abusive people and try to intimidate you = BULLIES

Enough issues to SUE, so many but with everything going on people are suffering enough - Maghull double glazing has added to these issues, causing extra stress to health - so not needed

Been so patient 10yr guarantee nearly ran out - then we can change, that's how bad they are.

Shambolic company; worst company ever delt, with such a shame - seems a change over of hands has cost them their excellent reputation, they no longer care how they fit the windows, just interested in taking your money....

complain and they will just blame you (bi-fold door fitted incorrectly they blamed us for two years, for their incompetence) badly fitted windows (never sealed) causing damp issues affecting health, had nothing but issues and countless calls outs
- 38wks it took to fix once and presently waited for 7mths

Gutted had to complain but they don't care & left no other option

Very efficient service from the initial consultation to installation. Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. Makes such a difference using a local company! Fitted over 2 days by 2 lovely guys who just cracked on and cleared up every bit of mess! Very impressed- thank you!
