Inflated pricing at the till. Very bad. Price on a item increased by three pounds. Then a new employee was blamed for mistaken ticketing. Although not legally obliged to honour original price. You could have apologised in a friendly manner , you did not. Training in customer service needed ASAP

Mainlys, have it 'almost all'. I was amazed they had an incredibly useful mini precision tool kit to fix computers and laptops. Even to repair ny girlfriends iMac. Do ask the staff. They are incredibly helpful
