From entering the bright welcoming reception area, with fantastic reception service, excellent explanations of the process, to the attention to detail, the comprehensive documentation, to providing socks & wellies on a damp February day, the service was excellent.

The coffee was good too !

A big thank you to Sophie as our expert guide, walking through our perceived problem, discussing possible solutions and then taking us to the areas of the site to look at, and ultimately pick our trees, the brilliant service continued.

The selection of trees available was vast, simply amazing. It could be overwhelming without a guide and without transport around the huge site. As both are offered, take them up on the offer !

We werent ready for immediate delivery, but that was not an issue either. We picked a day later in March to have the trees delivered.

The logistics, communication and delivery matched the purchasing experience ! The two delivery guys arrived when they said they would, called when in the area, and carried the trees to where we were going to plant them, ( we decided to plant them ourselves ) it was quite a distance so very grateful for that too.

It's now late May, and the 3 trees we purchased have all sprung into life and are looking really healthy

I ordered several young trees from Majestic Trees and am absolutely delighted with the service and the products. Sophie was professional and insightful about the types of trees we could install given our vision, soil, location and access. Sophie was patient when we needed time to make our final choices and was great to work with through the entire process. We had a site visit which has a small charge which is an optional but I think a valuable step in the process. The delivery date was honoured and the two tree installation experts did a fantastic job on the day. I am happy to say that the company is highly committed to an excellent services, they love their trees and so do I now. I would definitely use them again.

Such a lovely company, we purchased some beautiful pine trees from Majestic trees. From start to finish and service was faultless. Alan has been so helpful and they really go the extra mile to keep the customer happy.

The planting team were courteous and kept us up to date during the 3 days they were here.

We've had an excellent experience with Majestic. At the nursery, they are always very friendly, are very knowledgeable and give great advice. The range and quality of the trees is excellent. The delivery process was very smooth and the guys who delivered and planted the trees were extremely friendly, careful and professional. We are absolutely delighted with our trees and also with the entire process of selecting and buying them. All the staff at Majestic - from reception to advisors to planters - are excellent and because of them the process was completely stress-free and actually a lot of fun!

I have purchased trees from Majestic on a number of occasions over the last 20 years. From initial enquiry their friendly and helpful sales staff have always been thoroughly professional with suggestions and advice in selecting trees that have best suited our particular requirements. The vast selection of stock is always of the highest quality and the choice is literally endless. Exceptional service and outstanding quality.
In March we bought 2 silver birches together with the planting service. The trees on the plot were obviously well cared for and from the moment we agreed to buy them the service was faultless. The trees are glorious and thriving.

Unbelievably good warranty! Recently my stunning 11 metre Cedar Tree keeled over in a gale, and even though long out of warranty, Majestic Trees, promptly visited and inspected the tree and then, without quibbling, they replaced it as they decided that the tree had never rooted out. I doubt whether any other Nursery would have done anything, so I will definitely continue to buy trees from them in the future.

What a beautiful place! We wanted a couple of reasonably mature trees for part of our garden/pond overhaul and found a wonderful Acer Griseum and a Prunus Amanogawa. It was touch and go whether we had enough room for the forklift to manoeuvre the Acer into place but our worries were allayed by Alan, and the delivery team (Carl & Peter) did a fantastic job. Our sincere thanks to all at Majestic - your customer service is second to none. We'll be back once we get a bigger garden!
