I am another customer who tried to order a custom made wasterfall blade and aventualy managed this after several weeks of trying, I was sent a price/invoice and was told this would take a few days for delivery it's been nearly 2 weeks, I have left many messages and tried to ring but have not had any reply.
I will now wait until the end of this week and if I haven't received it by then I will be asking for a refund.
