A dream shed. We took a long time going thru the options and configuration and it was worth all the planning. We like our roof choice and colour, and the extra ‘tidy store’ at the other end is great to store stuff you don’t want under your feet.
Realistic wait for the right day with great support from customer service team when we had to reschedule. Delivery and assembly was very straightforward, with minimal gritted teeth. Being on site at this time was good to get perfect placement, electrics are in and thereafter it’s been a lot of admiring shed glances from friends.
Simon Cockfield at Hassocks showsite has been superb all the way through - great knowledge about the products, helpful site visit, attention to detail, un-stressy all through. It is let’s admit a ‘once in a lifetime’ shed purchase but for us it’s great storage, a potting shed, artist studio workshop and place to escape and have a quiet coffee. And it’s very pretty, for a shed.

Our garden office was delivered in December, 2023. I felt re-assured being able to visit the sales office, see the offices there and discuss the options with Simon, the Hassocks Site Manager rather than ordered through a online only seller. Simon is extremely knowlegable and was able to help me customise the office to my budget and specification. He even visited my home to ensure my garden would be suitable for the office. I am very happy with the offfice. The quality is good, insulation great and the few post installation snags we had were quickly resolved. I would highly recommend Malvern and the team at Hassocks.

Lovely shed, great experience, professional team.

I was looking for a top class shed to replace my existing one which had reached the end of its life. I visited Hassocks Garden Centre and was very impressed with the vast range of quality buildings that Malvern had on site. They had a top quality shed on display which was advertised for sale at a very attractive price. The price also included delivery and installation.
I approached the Malvern sales team who treated me with courtesy, respect and a professional eagerness to make sure the entire experience ran as smoothly as possible. They even provided me with details of a couple of local contractors who could provide a concrete base for the shed to stand on if required. A member of the Hassocks Malvern team also made a visit to my home to check if the existing base was up to their high standard of supporting the new building.
I was then given a delivery date from Head Office which was a little longer than I had planned so they really tried their best to find a suitable one. A few days later they contacted me to offer an earlier date which was really helpful.
The installation team arrived promptly on the arranged delivery day and were absolutely amazing. I couldn't believe how efficient and professional they were at installing the new building. The entire experience has been fantastic from the initial chat with the amazingly helpful sales team, plus the kind, thoughtful assistance from Head Office and the technical skills and care provided by the installation team.
I am very grateful to all of the people involved.

I recently purchased a double garage using Malvern Garden Buildings and I am very happy with their service.
Martin and Simon went above and beyond meet all my requirements when speccing out the garage.

My main requirement was that the garage opening and building be high enough to fit my van, I thought this would be a rather simple this to achieve but after initially inquiring with another company and getting to the planning stage, it had become so complicated and stressful that I decided to look elsewhere.

Afterwards I discovered the Malvern and visited their showroom, I spoke with Martin and Simon who helped me through every step of the planning and execution to get the result that I wanted.

I now have a very nice garage at the end of the garden that exceeded my expectations.
