I recently visited the store and I had a fantastic experience from the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and ready to assist with any questions I had. They went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. The store is well-organized and what really stood out was the pricing – the price for the meat were much better than other stores in the area. It made my shopping experience even better, knowing I was getting quality products at a great value. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases thanks to Kamran. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. Not only were some employees visibly speaking about other customers in an unprofessional manner, but certain staff members at the till exhibited rude body language and a poor attitude. This behaviour created an uncomfortable shopping experience and lacked the basic respect and courtesy one would expect.

It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer care, especially in what should be a welcoming environment. I would strongly urge management to address these issues and provide proper training to their staff to ensure a more professional and pleasant experience for all customers.

Always has everything I need in stock, staff are very friendly and helpful and go out their way to help me when I need it. The management dealt with my return very quickly and nicely. The security staff was very friendly and helped me carry my shopping to my car as well.

I’ve been shopping at this unprofessional store for years, but today I was rudely and disrespectfully denied entry just because I had a shopping bag from another store. I’ve never experienced such treatment anywhere. They treat customers like enemies. I’ll never set foot in this place again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Shame on you!

Usually when I shop here there is no problem. However, today it really made me upset, one of the female cashiers who served my shopping was very rude.

She threw all my shopping after she scanned the price. What an inappropriate treatment for me as a buyer!

Please management teach the female cashiers to be more polite to customer!!!!
