Paid for an online order for a tripod with ball head which had a delivery estimate of 3-5 business days. Emailed customer support near the end of business day 5 since my order hadn't arrived nor any update provided or any online order status changes. I received an apologetic email the next business day explaining that there was no stock to fulfil my order but two similar alternatives with a similar goodwill discount was offered with a suggestion to other alternatives. I requested for a refund.

Useless. Pushed off work early. Called at 3.45pm and was told by a Microsoft voicemail that I was calling outside office hours. In the meantime, I had paid for next day shipping to get supplies urgently for a job that I will not be able to now fulfil and have suffered consequential losses because your delivery company "put it on the wrong lorry" and it wasn't delivered.

Customer service is appalling. Just spent/wasted 80 minutes on chat with someone in the US who said managers in the UK can't resolve because they've gone home.

Avoid the pain and buy elsewhere.

Products of dubious quality (e.g. tripod legs that fall apart, tripod heads which continue to move for several seconds after they have been locked). Service not much better.
