I bought a fan from Screwfix a long time ago, it recently developed issues so I called the Manrose customer helpline. The call was answered quickly, and I got a prompt call back from the technical team who were friendly and helpful. The issues were discussed and a new fan was sent without any fuss. Great service. As a practising electrician I appreciate speaking with people who are helpful and knowledgeable. I called Manrose after a customer enquiry regarding 6m of ducting and the appropriate extractor to use. I spoke to Zen in their technical team and he was incredible. He put forward a number of ideas and helpful suggestions to help me get the right solution for the job I was enquiring about. The Manrose extractor fan fitted in our house by Chestnut Homes has a shutter that clatters and bangs when the fan is off and it is windy. All that Manrose said was stick some foam in it! This particular fan is no longer for sale. Complaint to Manrose got zero response. I do not recommend this manufacturer.AVOID!!

I have a bathroom fan built by Manrose Manufacturing. When one of the bearings seized due to a humidity problem, I was very pleased to find that the entire fan could be easily disassembled, repaired and rebuilt. How refreshing! Highly recommended!

Be very weary of their products and claimed output of their fans. I installed 3 of their extract fans on a new build for the outputs to be 1/3 of the claimed extraction rate. I had to pay a further £400 for a second extraction survey once installed Vent Axia, which all passed exceeding their claimed outputs.
I wrote a lengthy letter to Manrose to receive a very patronising letter and some duct turbulence inserts that would never have increased the output by 2/3. Inferior product with poor customer assistance.

What a great company to deal with. Had to contact them regarding problem with bathroom fan system and was dealt with by Chris Campion. He supplied swift, easily understood replies in simple concise terms.
If he is an example of how to provide customer care at this company then both he and the company should be commended.
