I had been looking for a very long time for a company who was going to be able to repair the most favourite piece in my apartment being an Ardesia Stone floating breakfast bar.
I had spoken to so many companies and they all replied to me in the same negative way telling me that it was going to be a problem and none of them came up with a solution.
When I called Marble City and spoke to Gavin he was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and he understood my worry and concern about the repair.
Literally the next day he sent two of his mason to remove the bar in 3 pieces and they took such great care and attention in the process being careful not to damage the stone any more than it already was.
Only three days later they returned to fit the bar which now looks as good as new.
They really did an incredible job and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs marble and stone work.

Our steps look wonderful apart from one riser which had a large crack in the stone after some month . Gavin and his team came replaced it with a stone that perfectly matched with the existing ones . Work done by Lino was absolutely perfect and done in no time !

I wanted to leave a review for Marble City. They came in to salvage me from a project that had been badly managed from another company who had left a disaster at my property.. They completely removed the marble that had been badly installed from the previous company. They did miracles because they did not damage the kitchen beneath in doing so. They installed a stunning stone as worktops and backsplash. The backsplash was a particularly challenging task because it was more than 3 meters long. They sent 8 people who worked together as a team to carry it to my flat and to install it to perfection. i could not have been happier. Special mention to Adriana who managed the project very professionally, Michele in accounts and Gavin, the boss, who puts customers first and the result is evident. Well done ! A very happy customer

Awful experience! Would not recommend.
Our kitchen work surfaces were cut incorrectly and the sizing was wrong. He refused to admit liability despite written proof.
Avoid this place!

Your reply is a joke, and you know it!
Your team should be treated as cowboys and not as professionals.
I rarely leave reviews but you have completely spoiled our kitchen.
I want others to be aware of the people they are dealing with and your disregard to customers.

We needed someone at the very last minute to come and cut our granite countertops to fit a new fridge and Adriana sorted us out on the same day! Very pleasant and tidy team. So thankful!

Don't panic if you've smashed some marble - these guys are amazing!

- Not the fastest response time to email but generally v friendly customer service once you get talking - pleasant and helpful
- Sent in a v v badly damaged, heavy travertine Marble table that was trod on in transit
- Was convinced the damage would be game over for the table
- AMAZING repair by Marble City, we really struggle to see the lines of the cracks. A clean, single colour piece of marble, may not have worked so well but this is perfect
- Reinforcement service (via metal rods and fibre glassing) was offered without asking and really well done making me feel better about any structural integrity (was at an additional cost)

- Update, I've tried to upload pics to here but they aren't going, the pre/post pictures are amazing, suggest to ask the company to see.
