Staff are friendly and helpful, One of the best recycling centers I've been to! I've recently moved house so just spent the day doing runs to the recycling centre to get rid of lots of junk from the old house. Mandy was very welcoming and helpful by directing me to the correct bins, there was also another member of the team, (so sorry I didn't catch his name- he was the duty first aider) who was very helpful when I cut myself on a blade from a mixing bowl in a box of junk I was getting rid of. Not only did he treat my cut but came back to me later to make sure I was ok. I don't know what salary the team are on, but they are underpaid and deserve a massive raise! Thank you for making a difficult day easier!

Absolutely fantastic and very helpful people working here. Answered our questions and got us sorted out quickly. Great that you don't need a permit for a regular car - life saver when we forgot a bin day and had a clear out all at once!

Easy access off main road, plenty of space to park while unloading, friendly and helpful staff, clearly marked recycling areas with boards, recycling is a positive feeling here. Totally recommend.

Ridiculous people, rule is 2m social distancing, not 20m. Some of us have been working throughout the pandemic and have used common sense to stay safe. Why refuse tips needed to shut at all is a mystery to me. It's outside and easily managed to keep people apart. Now they have finally opened the vehicle management is completely over the top
