Love this pharmacy - the best I've used in Colchester, by far! Myself and my wife have a lot of medications between us, so we're there a lot, and the service is outstanding every time. We've recently moved to the other side of Colchester, but we're keeping our repeat prescriptions with Marks Tey pharmacy because they're that good!

Above and beyond customer service

Royal Mail mis-directed my parcel which had been sent promptly on a 48 hr postage and within a few hours of my notifying Marks Tey I had received a response followed up by a phone call the following morning and a replacement supply which arrived as scheduled.
Marks Teys customer service was outstanding, friendly, efficient and with quick response. I would recommend them for your pharmacy requirements and will certainly be using them again.
