The parking situation at the local train station is beyond frustrating. There simply aren’t enough spaces, which only adds unnecessary stress to an already busy day. Today, I had to pick up my wife’s car because there wasn’t a single spot available—what a ridiculous situation. And to top it off, they charge an outrageous amount for parking. It’s unacceptable to pay such high fees for a service that doesn’t even meet basic demand.

Another NCP operated car park with prices that are nothing short of ridiculous. £9 parking OFF PEAK let me remind you and it's only £2 cheaper than peak prices. What a farce.

On the plus side, there are nearly 300 spaces in total, on both sides of the station. So that's nice I guess.

Almost impossible to work out how to pay for parking when online. Greater Anglia keep changing the provider, this really is a total nghtmare and what a waste of time. Useless Apps which dont work properly, no humans to be found. What an appalling way to treat customers.
