Raised a job with them on 15/06/24. A week later it still hasn’t been assigned to an engineer nor have they even logged a date for a fix. Cancelled today. Would recommend anyone to use an alternative company.

Just off the phone for a second time with Marren and quite confused as to why they don’t want my business?!
I was trying to book a 1 year service for a Falcon high speed oven and a Blue Seal steam oven.
First I was told they do not work on either oven.
After talking with Falcon directly, I called Marren back, and insisted they check the serial number of the high speed oven, and eventually they agreed that they could fix a fault on it.
I respecified that I wanted a service, to which I was told they do not do servicing on any items, only fixes. Bare in mind I am so asking to the service department of a company who says on their website that they are repair and service specialists!!
Very confused as to why they don’t want the business.

I've only been here for over a year but I cannot find fault with this company. Training gets you through what you don't understand about their equipment. There are people always able & willing to help if you need it. There is a lot of moving heavy equipment on site but just use common sense & you'll be fine

My family and I have used Marren for years and years, my treatment recently has left me astounded. I had a quotation that had expired by 2 days, they then wanted to add another £90+ to the quote which then would make the repair more than the purchase of a new item, the lady on the phone was totally inflexible in her position (and quite rude). This is no way to treat customers, I have taken my business elsewhere.

I was shocked to find a part still listed on a 20 year old domestic microwave that is in full working order apart from the door latch getting broken by being clumsy. The part arrived in a couple of days and the oven is in full operation again.
