Marske is a very basic station with few facilities. It has a single ticket machine and shelter on the Saltburn-bound platform, with nothing on the Middlesbrough-bound platform.

There is a ramp between the 2 platforms, but it is reasonably steep and may not be suitable for everyone who requires step-free access.

It is easy to walk from the town centre and beach from this station, although Northern could consider adding some direction signs near the entrance, as it's not clear which way to walk otherwise.

Not sure why I have never visited this place before. Marske is a lovely place. It's clean and litter free with a huge beach. It's so nice to find somewhere that has not been ruined by commercialisation.
Free carparking and a decent public toilet.
Can't wait to come again.
