A lady cashier went above and beyond customer service.i was trying to return an unwanted parcel.i had a returns label on my phone,but not the correct one for the post office to scan.the lady helped me go through the procedure to find the correct qr code.thankyou very much.

What a fantastic post office!!!Mary and her staff are just brilliant..very helpful,and friendly, this is just what you need in a lovely village like marske,it has a warm community spirit..and all the girls have been so welcoming during such a difficult time..well done girls..its a pleasure to visit our post office!💐

This Post Office is closing down. Customers have paid in advance for services that will not to be fulfilled. Calling the post office results in either disgruntled rude employees hanging up complaining they have lost their jobs, or the phone is off the hook! Very poor service on every level. Not surprised this branch will no longer be in business.

Really nice community Post Office that I would be lost without as a local business, now the Natwest has closed down. Always friendly and patient with the kids too, no matter how big the queue 😀
