Delivery of seat took 5 weeks instead of the stated 3 weeks. No updates or communication regarding expected delivery date, emails ignored. Chased twice by phone, left message wasn't responded to. When I did get through was underwhelmed with customer service. Proprietor didn't seem to be at all interested in my enquiries. Shame my experience wasn't as positive as many others on this review page, didn't mind the delay so much, just the lack of correspondence was very frustrating.

Ordered a £35 item from their website which didn't arrive for 2 weeks. Contacted them twice on "contact us" page on website and received no reply. Contacted them by phone for them to say they hadn't sent out the order and they would that day.

A week later item still not received so I contacted them again for them to say it's not their problem. It's royal mails fault as they sent it first class recorded delivery.

I asked for refund which I was refused until item was back with them. I asked if I were to post item back to them would they pay for postage back to them as I was no longer in need of product. They said they weren't sure and would get back to me. I've heard nothing back and still no product.

Ordered a pair of shoes in December only to be repeatedly told "they're be in by the end of the week". 2 months later and no communication from them despite them taking my name and phone number every single time.

If I had been told that they couldn't order the shoes in I would have been fine with that but good communication is crucial. I've since ordered the shoes from eBay for much cheaper but I wanted to support a local business if possible.

Ordered palm mitts online. The item never arrived. I have waited nearly 2 months. They do not reply to my emails, contacted them by phone and they said they would check the stock delivery time and let me know. That was 2 days ago.
Not happy when these shops sell stock they do not have and then compound the problem "tactical incompetence".

Understandably there was some disruption during a recent move but according to the webb page normal online services will not be affected. The items I ordered never arrived and couldn't speak to anyone or get a reply to several messages sent. I ended up getting a credit card refund from the bank. With so many alternative online retailers I won't bother going back to this one.
