Firstly I would like to say I have never left a restaurant with such an awful experience I took my daughter out for lunch we Went to Ludlow The Squirrel absolutely awful service waiting about 30 mins just to get drinks then another hour before starter even appeared burnt and inedible decided to cancel main course as wait was unacceptable and we had a young child with us … To then charge for drinks and the child’s meal was totally unacceptable… Attitude of staff showed as rude and far to busy to be interested in customers … Will NOT be returning any time soon!!!!!

Heritage destroyers. Selling off our Black Country cultural icons to the highest bidder without doing due diligence on the buyers.

Disgusting greedy company who sold out on The Crooked House, now reduced to a pile of rubble because the greed of this company. They favour generic and bland buildings and service over history and difference. Hope your shareholders are happy. The pub could have gone to The Black Country Living Museum

Sadly they sold the Crooked House to people who were planning to raze it to the floor. No thought of what it meant to the black country community. They should have known what the place meant to people and worked harder to secure its future rather than selling it to the devil.
