Excellent, high quality machinery with outstanding customer service.

The addition of the RiMM software helps to give us full visibility of our machines and notifies us if there is an alarm or tool breakage. This is really valuable to our operations as it ensures the machines are running continuously and providing value for money.

We now have 8 Matsuura machine ranging from a single table MX-520, right the way through to MAM-72-35V 32 pallet 5 - Axis and 15 Pallet H-PLUS 300 machines. Quality of the brand is top class and by far one of the best machines we have ever used. We are a 54 years old business and been through many brands. Matsuura is way in front in terms of machine build and support after the machines is installed.

GPR Ltd bought its first Matsuura MX-520 in 2015 after a lengthy evaluation process of a year. When the machine arrived, the professionalism of the installation & commissioning team was second to none even when other machines needed to be moved to get it in. The service and backup since then have been excellent with a good response to queries. With all this background knowledge it only took, one month to make the decision to purchase our second MX-520 and once again installed very professionally in December 2020. Can’t recommend Matsuura UK enough for excellent machines, great service and backup. Keep it up guys.

We bought a MAM72-35V from Matsuura Machinery Ltd in June. It was the largest investment in a single machine tool our company has ever made, so it had to be managed accordingly. The support we received from Matsuura was excellent, from engineering applications support through to operator training.
