Great service from contacting them to getting quote to booking the job in to getting it done. Very pleasant electrician who did excellent work with real care & attention to detail and quality of finish. Our second time using Matters Group for electrical work & I cannot fault them. Really great.

Highly recommended! excellent service, very professional approach, I would hire them every time as they are very competitive and reasonable on price and I trust them in my home, great service, great quality and highly skilled professionals. I have used them for Plumbing (new boiler and relocated it into the loft), Electrics (for the boiler and for a new fuse board, armoured cables in the garden, circuit breaker for the hot tub and outdoor socket and an outdoor light) and Audio Visual (Sky Ariel re-positioning ) services so far and would use them again for all their service offerings, next on the list is Security. Every time they have been on time, friendly, clean and tidy, did the job as quoted I have not had one problem since using them - I don't think I have ever said that when hiring trades before!

I have been using this company for the install, servicing and monitoring set up for our home alarm system for over 20 years. I have recently had a more modern system installed and chose to continue with the company. They are professional, easy to get to speak to someone and very helpful. I have no complaints. 🙂

We had a few problems with our boiler - basically it stopped working and we had no hot water or heating. I contacted Matters to see if I could get someone out to have a look at it. I got an appointment straight away and Matt who came out to see us was brilliant – very friendly & professional. At some point, water had obviously got into out boiler from the outside vent and had corroded the wires which meant it was cutting out, hence no heating. Matt serviced the boiler and has ordered new parts to replace the corroded wires. I have also used Matters to change lighting on our bathroom and also move one of our alarm sensors as we were having a fitted unit built and the sensor needed to be moved. All the staff I have dealt with have been great. Fast & efficient service and extremely friendly. Highly recommend.

We have been looking to replace our previous supplier due to loosing a significant amount of data 5 years ago when our Fixed Electrical Testing was carried out. We could not have found a better and more reliable company than the Matters Group. They have been nothing but efficient & professional throughout the whole process. The team has provided excellent customer service, continuous communication in a friendly and supportive manner. Both Ian and James have been extremely helpful providing fast and proficient support whilst Pawel (their engineer attending our office) ensured that the testing was carried out in a timely manner, having no impact on our day to day (or long term) operations . Guys made a great job of our extension, plumbing, electrics and decorating. Fair and clear pricing model and friendly service from the owner down the guy sweeping up at the end of the day. Recommended and would use again!!
