Used Max to do a survey on a house we are purchasing. Max kept us informed all through the process and answered all our questions promptly. He takes the time to ring you on the day after carrying out the survey to discuss any issues. Would highly recommend Max. He is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I got quotes from four different surveyors for a level 3 building survey, three corporate and one small local business (the small local business being Max). I decided to go with Max based on the glowing recommendation of a friend who had also used Max, and the desire to spend my money at small businesses.

I was very glad to have made that choice as the detail of the survey and level of customer service was much greater than I would have had from a corporate surveying business. Max spent four hours at the very small 2 bed terrace and provided an incredibly detailed report, post survey chat, and phone call. Usefully he also gave me actionable recommendations for works I could do myself, works I ought to get professionals for, and a good time line for when I ought to have those works done.

Next time I buy a house I will definitely use max again.
