Absolutely fantastic service from this company. My Roam is 4 years old and had stopped working. Contacted them and they asked me to send it back for a firmware update. I posted it Thursday night and it was back with me on Tuesday morning all fixed. And best of all - it was free! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Had to visit as there was a problem with our Target Sat dish not retracting.
But two production staff there, Brian and Kirsty, went WAY beyond in order to help us, to fix the problem quickly, professionally and with great humour.

Kirsty even worked through her break to help us.

I have genuinely never met two people more dedicated to delighting a customer...Maxview are very lucky indeed to have two such fantastic ambassadors for their company.

Life-changing. Seriously. I live on a boat and previously would tether my laptop to my phone's 4G, which is great... when there's coverage. The Maxview Roam has given me much more freedom to moor & work in the middle of nowhere. Also, customer support through WhatsApp?! That's new to me. No hold queues, pressing numbers or 101 bot questions. Real-life Vicky was very helpful! Thanks Maxview ?

In May 2013 I had a Maxview seeker 85cm automatic dish fitted to the roof of my new motorhome. I had an issue after 4 years when the LNB went faulty. It was replaced free of charge even though the system was well out of warranty.

A few years ago, I updated the 2nd LNB using a kit provided by Maxview, to enable me to use Sky Q. Which is just brilliant as I tour Europe and love to take Sky with me. I have found that all channels are available until you cross the Pyrenees when you lose the likes of BBC/ITV etc, but all the premium Sky channels are still there and the vast majority of the other like Gold/Discovery etc.

Over the years, Sky have changed how they transmit their “locator” beam which is how systems like mine auto find the satellite. Each time, Maxview are all over it and send out new firmware to keep things on track. This is the reason I have decided now write this review….Stuck in Spain with the satellite not locking on on 12th Sept, I daw on the website Sky had changed things around again. I contacted Vicky at Maxview (who is brilliant by the way having dealt with her previously) and the matter was sorted in five minutes.

The bottom line is this, the company is probably the best I have ever dealt with. My British made satellite system is still going strong over 10 years after it was fitted, having survived 72,000 miles of the worse roads the UK & Europe could throw at it.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company and their products to you.

Maxview roam for my caravan. Works a treat. 4g WiFi in van that every one can use. We used to struggle with just our phone but now it’s like being at home while way. Awesome peace of kit. XXXXX

Purchased a Maxview Roam for our touring caravan. Never really had any success with it over a number of months, kept dropping the WiFi signal and was very slow. I contacted support via email and they suggested a few things to troubleshoot and report back. It didn’t make any difference to the performance so I was asked to send it to them for investigation. I sent it on the Tuesday, by Thursday I’d received a brand new unit delivered by 8 in the morning. Amazing service, thank you!

Went in this morning after visiting the Caravan and Motorhome show as their show prices remained valid for a week.

The sales lady in the store was not prepared to honour the show price on a 22" TV.

I was going to buy an Internet hub, a TV mount and the TV but due to the fact they wouldn't honour their show price they lost out on me spending over £900 with them.

All for the sake of £15?

Super impressed with the rapid response and help to my online enquiry. Was chasing parts for a older satellite system I haven't been able to source locally here in Australia, put an online enquiry in and had a same day reply with confirmation of what I was after, international postage quote and a confirmed price for it all delivered to home. Was posted the following day and received within 7 working days!!!!! I cant even get local freight/post in that time frame within Australia. Again thanks so much for you polite and helpful support Vicki.
