This is the first house that I have had built and I managed the purchasing myself. The design,build and erection of the insulated frame was completed excellently by MBC. As a novice their help with completing their side of the project was invaluable

What an outstanding team they are! Their attention to detail and professionalism is astonishing. They have guided me throughout the process and have thought of everything. The timber framed house they have given me is perfect. You can already tell that this house is going to be very warm and extremely airtight. I can't wait to move in. Although the design and construction team were wonderful, a problem arose with the concrete not drying out enough to lay a floor. The company have been unwilling to explore or explain this, and it has cost us a lot of money. We would have appreciated being told that we could not lay flooring for at least 18 months

The service and skill of everyone from MBC has been excellent, even better than I could have expected or hoped for. Everyone I have spoken to and interacted with has been extremely nice, friendly and professional and couldn't have done more to make sure that anything I wanted could be achieved (where physically possible!). My structure has ended up even better than we were expecting, thank you all so much and if anyone ever asks I will be more than happy to recommend you guys without hesitation.

I highly recommend MBC Timber Frame and especially for their Passive frame system which delivers Passivhaus levels of insulation and air-tightness. They supply a great quality product with faultless installation and high levels of coordination with other sub-contractors and ensure the envelope is airtight before handing over to the main contractor. Our last completed project with MBC delivered a new home that achieved Passivhaus certification. I look forward to working with the MBC team again.
