The buck tooth man that went and made my banana milkshake again and guaranteed there was no chocolate in it this time lied to me and ruined my dinner. What is wrong with you incompetent people to not know how to make a milkshake. I want my money back now but I found out after getting home and pouring it. Absolute piss takers forget that place they can literally shut down i want them too as they keep letting me down with this

Myself and a colleague came in yesterday. First time in the area. First impressions were good. The place wasn’t busy. The restaurant area was clean. The loos were all working, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly. The food was delivered to the table promptly. It’s was all correct, tasty and hot. I accidentally left my wallet when I left. When I telephoned later, I wasn’t hopeful, but the staff had found it and popped it in the safe for me. A big thumbs up all round.

Only two disabled bays in otherwise large car park, flawed design. Food had Cheese missing from burger, had to go and ask for it to be added. Not the best start but of three meals that was the only error. Staff were conducting interview on family table which seemed unprofessional, and we had to sit on the bar stool area due to lack of space. Food was reasonably quick to come out and ice cream even quicker. Wireless charging on some tables a nice bonus. Toilets the subject of local teenagers switching off hand dryers and general mischief which affected the atmosphere but not restaurants fault.

Every time I attend this McDonald’s I am spoken to by a member of the team about writing surveys in reward for free products. You feel generally peer pressured into doing them. I understand that the store is probably measured on its KPI’s but there is a way to do it which does not push the customer. Instead of getting members of the team to come over to the table after the food has been served and in mid conversation (this happened multiple times) get them to have the conversation on delivery of the food to the table or when collecting at the front of store. Interns of products it is relatively similar to most McDonald’s however the cheeseburger quality tends to be a lot lower with most of them looking squished by a machine press. Also they tend to under fill the drinks here which make me you feel Abit cheated. There is a full line on the cup but this was far below this line . Interns of cleaning is acceptable however you would expect better from a recently built McDonald’s restaurant.

My son took me here when we were going out early. Thought we would have a small breakfast. Boy, was it small. Have they made the buns smaller, definitely. It's more like a child's portion than an adult's. The hash brown was undercooked and dripping in oil. We used 3 napkins to soak out the oil. Nah, I won't be going there again. I dont understand how they are so popular. No wonder the population is getting fatter.

I love McDonalds for a start but this place, my local McDonalds is one of the worst I've had the displeasure of eating at. The service is miserably slow and when you do eventually get your food, something will inevitably be wrong. You'll then have the pleasure of waiting an inordinate amount of time for someone to then "serve" you at the counter, all while the rest of your food goes cold.

I went to the drive through yesterday for just a cheeseburger, after putting in my order I waited 15mins in a queue just to pay. Then another 5mins later I received my cheeseburger which was Luke warm. Clearly need more staff to deal with the drive through as i wouldve got served far quicker by going in.

Very poor service. Went through the drive thru and when food was brought out nuggets were missing. Went in store with receipt to collect and heard the manager say "he's not having them, I put them in the bag, check the CCTV". I then had to be watched like a criminal walk to my car, which was still in the pick up bay to get my food to physically show them there were no nuggets. It was only when I said they could look in my car that they finally got the nuggets that I had paid for. Conveniently the manager hid out the back and let somebody else deal with it, great leadership, they didn't feel the need to apologise for effectively calling me a liar. Would score 0 if I could.
