The worst company! Never buy anything from them! I ordered several times. I paid for everything. They didn't deliver all the items, pestered me with calls every day. Then they told me that I still owed them money. I re-paid for the milk I'd already paid for. Just so they wouldn't bother me anymore. And again they demand from me to pay for the milk, which I have already paid twice. They're scammers! This is a terrible headache! I categorically do not recommend it!

Ordered organic started ordering just after Christmas, I’ve never received organic and of a couple of occasions I’ve received short on milk and I called to tell them about receiving short and 2 extremely muddy bottles, and they’ve never taken away glass bottles, I was given a free week of deliveries to make up for the issue and so I wasn’t losing out on money for todays order to not even be at my door so that’s it there’s no more chances from me it’s just been f up after f up and for todays to not turn up was the last straw now my kids have no milk for breakfast!! Awful service would not recommend. Staff when you call to cancel do everything they can to get you not to cancel and the milk doesn’t taste that great the orange juice is not freshly squeezed it’s from concentrate and the milkshakes are all far too sweet

Rude staff when wanting to cancel a so called trial we signed up for upon them cold calling on our doorstep. The first delivery was supposed to be free, which we reluctantly signed for but thought why not support local providers. What a mistake, the swiftly delivered a repeat order, I called to cancel as the use by date of milk wasn’t any different to the supermarket fir one supposedly supplied quicker than the markets and quality of orange juice didn’t seem fresh at all more like a concentrate. Tried to cancel but met with a rude service staff, who was very condescending regard My reasons for cancelling ie the price is almost double and the use by and quality not worth the tag, seemed to mock me when asked to cancel and why id been charged for the first delivery which was supposed to be free trial, say’s there’s nothing free how can i think anyone gives free things away? I was very upset by his attitude and handling of a simple cancellation and issue with a trual order. Thats not the end of the ordeal, He charged full for both deliveries and demanded payment. I trued enquiring why i was charged full for both , he continued to disregard my complaint , i told him i need to confirm the charges with my husband, and he further mocked me ssying why do i need to adk my husband for payment, why cant i psu such a small amount. Everytime i tried talking hed quickly reply in a condescending way and say ‘ card number’ just interested in payment and not resoany issue I had. Very disappointed with the rude aggressive staff and poor quality product. Do not recommend at all!!

Payment for undelivered milk, I didn’t like the taste of McQueens milk, so I decided to change supplier, due to weather conditions in Bowdon we did not have our delivery Tuesday the 7th I called following day to cancel and been told I have to wait another day for delivery, Thursday we also didn’t have the delivery however I called without checking for delivery as I was at work and been told it’s delivered, with all good faith I paid and cancelled account. Yet the Tuesday delivery did not arrive and when I called this morning I’ve been told if the customer service representative said it’s been delivered then it’s been delivered, I said well we have CCTV at the Cottage for the last two weeks, it’s unbelievable and unacceptable this accusation of misleading for milk bottles. Very bad experience

The Vitamin D Milk and delivery service are exceptional..They offer ZERO help when it comes to asking for your money back.When in 2024 have you heard of a bank transfer taking 5 working daysSales staff seem pleasant but Customer service Manager and ladies leave much to be desired and speak down to you (or maybe it's ME🤔).
I love supporting small local businesses because I have one....the after sales care means I will NEVER consider using them...VERY VERY disappointed!

Avoid at all cost. Had a salesman knocking in a Sunday offering a free trial. The day of the first delivery I started to getting harassed with texts and phone calls to set up direct debits details. Not once was I asked if I was satisfied with the service.
The top of the bottle delivered was not properly sealed which resulted in the milk turning bad. After researching I found out it’s not local farms but mass production. I emailed to attempt to cancelled tried to log in and was told I can only ring up. I kept receiving deliveries after deliveries despite 7 emails. Sadly I currently cannot speak due to loss of voice, and the customer service is not helping me cancel this service I never agreed to on the first place. I will be taking the full bottles back to their offices and leaving them outside their doors for them to deal with. Avoid at all costs. Very poor service and by the look of other comments I am not the first one this happened to 🙁

Rubbish company and rubbish management. I have paid for the milk that i haven't received. First i ordered two bottle delivered 4 and charged me for 4 again even milk not delivered. Will not recommend again.
