I am blown away by the care and attention revived through the ordering process of my bench.
1. The website ordering is so easy
2. The engraving process is superb. Although I selected the wrong number image? BUT you texted me to check whether I wanted a cat on a golf bench. Which of course I didn’t.

We ordered a bench to go in the churchyard where my Dads ashes are buried. It’s a beautiful bench and the carved words are much nicer than a plaque. We are very pleased with the bench and the service surrounding it.

I placed an order for a memorial chair for my dad to sit on when he goes to visit my mum who passed away in May, the chair arrived safely on Friday on a pallet. The chair is extremely well made and looks amazing needless to say my dad absolutely loves it.

Excellent service . Our bench is very well made and I should know I am a Carpenter and Joiner. We were kept informed every step of the way . From proofing the inscription before engraving to delivery. The delivery driver telephoned when five minutes away and was very helpful when the bench was put in place

Overall quality service. Updates on delivery status were exactly as we were informed they would be when ordering. Delivery was on time and we were lucky to have a wonderful driver from Palletways, who helped with ensuring that things went very smoothly. The product itself is exactly what we ordered. Well built, sturdy and with the exact engraving that we ordered. I would definitely use Memorial Benches again. They have provided a wonderful tribute to my mother and father.

A simple experience from start to finish. Easy to use web site and the ability to personalise what you would like is very good and a very nice feature. Bench quality is excellent and my mother was very moved and pleased with it. All staff have been brilliant. Highly recommended.
