I bought a Helly Hansen soft shell jacket and a pair of Dunlop wellies from Merlin last week. Boots promised in 3 days, arrived in 2 days –. The jacket arrived next day. I had to call to add a holdall to my order- they got it delivered same day as the boots. Very friendly – nothing too much trouble. Will def order from them again – nice people, good service and prices.

Avoid!
Absolutely useless, customer service non existent. Sent me wrong size trousers, after many emails back and forth mainly with Blaklader customer service as there was no corespondents from Merlindirect (Blaklader, they where very helpful)
Merlin expect me to pay return postage!
After the complaint they offered to reimburse postage costs, it took Six weeks for them to sort this out and to refund my purchase, 6 weeks!
Useless.
