I was looking for sturdy 1800mm wide 2100mm tall and 300mm deep shelving and Merlin Industrial Products were one of only a few suppliers that offered this size. The sales team were very helpful and gave me excellent advice on their products and the likely delivery period. The shelf units arrived ahead of the predicted delivery date and were easy to assemble using a rubber mallet for the frame and a spanner to attach the metal feet and wall brackets. The finished product is very sturdy and does exactly what I wanted.

I can only sing praises for the absolutely amazing service I received from Merlin. right from the start to the measurements, drawings, final plan and installation. Paul was an absolute star! Nothing was too much work for him. He made sure that the specification and layout was perfect and made changes as per our needs. The quality of the screens is great. They are sleek looking slim powder coated posts with glass unlike other perspex screen I have seen which tend to scratch and build up static. They are sturdy an don't move at all! We are a GP Surgery and we have 4 sites. The glass screens have been installed at all sites and we have received many compliments from our patients! Well done Merlin

In looking for a pigeon hole unit of a depth that is seemingly too large for any other manufacturers, I came across Merlin Industrial. We went with a custom wooden unit, as it was the only way to meet our depth requirements. Unit was made and delivered well before the est. lead time, and has suited all of our requirements. Having made enquiries about a 5 stand bike rack from Merlin I received very good, quick service. Due to the protracted nature of the enquiry on my side,, the order was finally fulfilled last week, some months after initial contact. During this time, I received courteous service. I handed the rack over, unopened to the people erecting it so I’m unable to comment on the quality of the build, but from what I could tell, the rack will be just what we need.
