Really, really happy with these guys. Everybody that turned up for the survey and works carried out did so on-time and were very friendly & professional. The instal was very neat but most importantly the Engineers took the time to actually show me how to use the system properly. Really impressed from start to finish - thanks Metroline!!

We have used this company since 1993 both for residential alarm and business alarm requirements. During this time have never had cause to complain. Lovely staff and very pleased with Jason who has worked on our alarm today. Very friendly and efficient. We wish the company continued success.

Called Metroline to discuss an alarm system that I as an electrician had been called out to take a look at due it being in a non working condition. The attitude of the female receptionist was disgusting! Rude & confrontational to say the least. Talking down to you when all your trying to do is ask for some help and arrange to get the system repaired for a client. Not helpful at all!

Would not reccomend even trying to call this company with staff that have an attitude like that!

We use Metroline for our home and business, for security and fire alarms. We have done for the last 5 years. Regular checks and maintenance are always done on time, the staff are very smart and polite.
I would highly recommend.

Called with an alarm fault through to the call centre and told passed on to the after hours engineer- 1 hour later after four phone calls still no response- really poor service for what is supposedly just a reset. Extremely poor quality of service.
