From the start of July to the end of it, had to chase them every week for a quote for £200 of work. They continued to tell me it would be a week, then another, then another, only responding when chased. It took them until the 23 of July to quote. I accepted immediately. On the 7th of August they told me it would be at least another week before they started. On the first of September, my clients cancelled on me - and I completely understand why.

Never use these people if you have any time frame or if you care about your reputation.
